Show topic's reference page URL

Every Web location is a page, and every page has a URL.

Each URL is a string of characters that exactly identifies an Internet resource's type and location. URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator, and it is a unique identifier that allows any Web browser to find the page.

Standard URLs look like this:

http://www.intraspect.com/welcome.htm.

In Intraspect, every object (folder, discussion group, etc.) has its own URL.
