Your access to Intraspect is controlled by your Intraspect account. Only authorized users are allowed access. Your system administrator will provide information about your Intraspect account. You will receive a user ID, a password and a server name with which you log in to the Intraspect Server from the Intraspect Client. This same information is used to determine the address used to forward e-mail to your Intraspect Collection Bin. For example, if you work for XYZ company, where your user ID is josephson, and your server is junction, you can forward e-mail to your Collection Bin by using josephson@ junction.xyz.com. Anyone can use this address to forward messages to your Intraspect account for your collection, but only you can read it and gain access to your private workspace on Intraspect. | ||
