The user now wishes to add further categories as a means of understanding and structuring the domain.
The user has determined that "beaches" is a sub-topic of interest in the general category of "Cabo San Lucas." After clicking on the category "Cabo San Lucas", the user chooses the function "Add Subcategory" from the menu. In a dialog promt the user types "beach" and "beaches", indicating that these are synonyms associated with the sub-category. (This can also be achieved by highlighting in the browser.) The user then selects the function "Recategorize Contents", instructing FindItAll to automatically determine which excerpts relate to the beach, and to move those excerpts into the new sub-category. The display below shows the result.
