Presentation
“Bad AI” means artificial intelligence systems that sap our attention, warp our beliefs, and polarize our relationships. These negative forms of AI come from codification of digital logic rather than humane principles. Let’s start a movement and swing back to our analog, biological roots. As designers, coders, and entrepreneurs we can revise these algorithms to enable novelty, transparency, and choice. The key is to build interfaces that enable true human conversation, whether voice or text, that opens possibilities for each participant. We thereby enrich our collective social fabric, that we humans need to thrive and create.
