Intraspect software includes numerous program settings that are collectively called preferences. You use these settings to select which e-mail application and Web browser you want to use with Intraspect, where you want to set your Home Page within Intraspect, and whether tool tips (brief explanations of a toolbar button's function) and URL addresses are displayed in Intraspect. To open the Preferences dialog box, choose Edit > Preferences. The Preferences dialog box appears. | ||
