18: Private Workspace

As you have seen, the Collection Bin is used as a gathering place during the collection process. Folders are used to organize what you have collected

Intraspect provides a Private Folder in which you can collect documents and other objects that only you are allowed to access.

Private Folder button shows folder's contents
  1. Go to your Private Folder by choosing the Private Folder button in the Main Toolbar. Refer to screen shot
  2. Your Private Folder becomes the current context. Its name appears in the Context Selector, and its contents are shown in the Context Pane. Refer to screen shot
  3. Note that your Private Folder contains an entry for your Collection Bin, which "lives" in your Private Folder. Refer to screen shot Like everything in your Private Folder, the Collection Bin and its contents are only accessible to you.

Intraspect also provides a Public Folder for objects that you want to share. It can be accessed and organized in the same ways as your Private Folder. You will move objects to your Public Folder later in this scenario
