3: Collecting e-mail

You want to collect an e-mail message into Intraspect

To collect e-mail from any e-mail client, forward the message to Intraspect.

You fill in your Intraspect address to collect the e-mail into Intraspect
  1. Using your e-mail client's standard commands, begin the process of forwarding the message.
  2. Fill in the To: field with the address of your Intraspect Collection Bin. This is a typical e-mail address of the form user@server. domain.com, where the user, server and domain names are part of your Intraspect account information. Refer to screen shot
  3. Send the message.

Your forwarded message will be waiting when you next log in to Intraspect
