27: Adding Intraspect recipients to a discussion

You explicitly identify the recipients in the discussion who want to automatically receive new contributions via e-mail

Intraspect maintains an e-mail address book for its users. You can easily add Intraspect users to the list of Discussion Recipients by clicking on the pre-defined users in Intraspect.

Discussion Recipients are included with Add button
  1. In the New Discussion dialog, choose Edit People. The Edit People dialog appears.
  2. On the left side of the dialog, you will see the pre-defined Groups to Select From list and the pre-defined People to Select From list for each Group. Refer to screen shot
  3. For this test discussion, find and click on your name in the People to Select From list. This enables the Add button. Refer to screen shot
  4. Click on the Add button. This adds you to the list of Selected People on the right side of the dialog. Refer to screen shot

You have made yourself a recipient in this discussion. You can also add non-Intraspect recipients, as explained on the next page
